I have not been coding for year. Is there a brush up class or a prep class to take the exam. Where is the exam hosted? I live in San Diego, CA?

I really benefited from the Blitz videos, too! They help you mark up your manuals (Bubble and Highlight) that will help you pinpoint critical information and when I look at the codes Laureen talked about on the videos I hear her voice reminding me of the key ideas!
